How to Order

Choose the product you want to buy, select the number of units you want and add to your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. You can continue your purchases by viewing other products to add to your cart, or you can complete your purchase by clicking on the "FINALIZE ORDER" button or in the "SHOPPING CART" button. 

After you have added all the products you want to order to your cart, the "SHOPPING CART" button forwards to a summary screen of your order. Here, you can consult various information regarding your order (selected products and quantities, total cost and shipping costs). Clicking on " FINALIZE ORDER ", you will be forwarded to the last procedures of the purchase:

1– LOG IN / REGISTER

Proceed to the login, or if you have not yet made your registration you will need to do so in order to proceed with the ordering of your products.

2 - ADDRESSES

Choose where you will receive your order (you can choose the address you provided in your registration or add a new address) Clicking " CONTINUE ", you will proceed to the " SHIPPING METHOD ". 

3 - SHIPPING METHOD

Check which shipping service will transport your order (you will be provided with information on the estimated delivery time and shipping cost value). Clicking on " CONTINUE ", will proceed to the " PAYMENT ".

4 - PAYMENT

Select from the various payment modes available which one you want to use. You can also specify your billing address. Clicking " CONTINUE ", you will proceed to the " CONFIRMATION ".

5 - CONFIRMATION

Here, you will have access to all the data related to your order, from the products included in it to the total value of the purchase.

After verifying that all order data is in accordance with the intended, click on the "FINALIZE ORDER" button. This button will redirect you to the payment platform corresponding to your choice.   After finalizing the order, you will receive a confirmation email where you will find data such as the order number and an attachment with the order note among other information.   If you have any problems placing your order, please contact our Customer Service and you will have access to a team of professionals who will provide all the information you may need in relation to our products and services.
