Coffee has become a very popular drink all over the world, being the main species: Arabica and Robusta. Arabica coffee, originating in the mountains of Ethiopia is the preferred one, constituting 70% of world production.
The coffee usually drink is subject to the roasting process at temperatures of 180°C to 240°C, for 7 to 15 minutes, which transforms the original features as well as nutritional values, color and flavor.
Green coffee isn´t subject to roasting, resulting in a drinkable product quiet nice, light green color, lightly vegetable flavored with a taste of tree nut fruits.
Ingredients: 100% Raw Ground Coffee Grains (100% Arabica). All raw materials are produced from organic farming.
